Post-war and Contemporary Arts Auction at Christie’s

Today, 17th of April, The Famous Team had the pleasure to attend the Post-war and Contemporary Arts auction at Christie’s, South Kensington, to check out the latest auctions in this category. Famous has seen some amazing artworks on auction, like for example from Japanese photographer Araki, American artist Cindy Sherman, German artist Joseph Beuys, English-Italian artist duo Gilbert & George and English artist Tracey Emin. Also, Richard Prince’s Lot number 223 was on auction, a work that is created out of colour and black and white photographs on fujichrome paper. This work includes pictures of Courtney Love, Pamela Anderson, Cameron Diaz and many more celebrities and was sold for £3750.
