Victoria Beckham Collaborates with Todd Hido.

6 July 2014

Victoria Beckham, already known for her very own style in fashion designing, shows us yet again her artistic eye and her appreciation for unique alliances. For the Victoria Beckham Fall Collection 2014, Beckham has made a solid pact with the American contemporary artist and photographer Todd Hido.

Hido, known for “his painterly quality and use of narratives” as Beckham puts it, says to be influenced by i.a. Alfred Hitchcock, Edward Hopper, Alfred Stieglitz and Rineke Dijkstra. His work is part of the collections of the most renowned museums and galleries, such as the Guggenheim Museum in New York.

Reflex Gallery is proud to announce Todd Hido in the upcoming exhibition The Beauty of Darkness. The official opening of The Beauty of Darkness, co-hosted by Zoo Magazine, will take place on July 17th and will also introduce the work of the French female photographer Irina Ionesco.

In addition, Todd Hido will be part of Reflex’ presentation during the Unseen Photo Fair 2014.
